Return & Refund

Because we care about providing the best to our customers, we photograph all products accurately, so what you will see in the pictures will be exactly as it is in reality, unless otherwise mentioned in the product description or when the competent team communicates with that.

Terms of exchange and return:

Products can be returned within a day from the date of receiving the products and replaced within 3 days, in the event that the product is not used in its original complete condition or the service is not used, and in this case the customer bears the costs incurred in the return process.

Products and services excluded from the right of exchange and return:

Cards, chocolate and roses.

If a defect appears in the product due to misuse.

Accessories, personal care products and books.

Products manufactured at the customer’s request or according to specifications specified by him (example: customized with name/logo...etc).

Delivery value is not refundable.
